Turning TWO tomorrow!!

Tomorrow is my 2nd Birthday!! Here's a picture from my 1st Birthday last year. You can see my poor little red forehead (from my cranial helmet) but aside from that this is Mommy's FAVORITE picture :) We must have had 50 or so people with us to celebrate last year. After all your FIRST birthday is also a celebration for the mile stone against SIDS! This year we're having a very 'small' get together with Grandparents and some Aunts & Uncles. We'll post pictures after the festivities :)

Almost 8 months pregnant!

It's hard to believe our little guy will be here in just 2 short months! Here we are a few days shy of 32 weeks. He's growing like a weed and our follow up appointment this morning went well :) Kohlston - we can't wait for you to officially join our family! See you soon!

We have a beautiful rose bush out back. This weekend Daddy cut some of the fresh roses and put them in a glass bowl for Mommy & me! Thanks for your thoughtfulness Dadda :)

Great Mamaw Audrey!

Today Mommy & I stopped by to visit with Great Mamaw Audrey (Mike's Grandmother)! We had a nice time. I spent most of our visit in the rocking chair :) Cuba was jealous when he heard we saw Nelson (their dog). Have a great Friday everyone!

Easter Day!

On Easter I was a lucky little chick and scored two baskets! One from the Easter Bunny & one from Gigi Lynne & GrampZ (thank-you). Included were all kinds of goodies :)

I just woke up and started checking out all the fun stuff Mr. Bunny left for me :)

Meeting Mr. Easter Bunny

This morning Mommy & Daddy took me to meet the Easter Bunny! He hopped on by the Walgreens near our house and we stopped in to say HI :) Here Dad & I are walking in.

I was busy stocking shelves when Mr. Bunny got there (see be in the aisle)

I started clapping when I realized he was finally there.
First, the meet & greet hand shake with Dadda by my side.
Hmmm...I'm not so sure about these 'shoes'?!

Awww - nope! I don't think I'm ready to have this big ol' fella hold me.

NO - definitely NOT ready! Put me down please.....now :)

Coloring Easter Eggs!

Tonight we colored Easter Eggs! Mommy & I put on old Tee's and colored away. Daddy is helping Uncle Slim move so he missed out on the fun but he'll see our masterpieces when he gets home tonight! Tomorrow we're going to visit the Easter Bunny. Mom & Dad are curious as to what this experience will be like ;) Will I watch from afar OR sit on his lap for a picture??

Mommy's friend, Lisa, came to stay with us from Atlanta! Here are a few snapshots of us hanging out. First thing I said at 6:30am was 'Mommy, Lisa is sleeping'! I was so excited to wake her up (but Mommy wouldn't let me :()!

Baking EASTER cookies!

Yesterday we decided to bake Easter cookies :) Thanks to Publix (our grocery store) they turned out YUMMY!!! Here we are from start to finish.
