Mr. Monkey :)

Our neighbors, Brian & Tracy, gave our little Monkey this adorable Monkey outfit yesterday! It just happens to be the theme of his room! He hasn't spent much time in his crib (yet) but probably will here in the near future. Here he is hanging out on his 'monkey sheets':

This adorable personalized 'monkey' blanket came from Uncle Colby, Aunt Danielle, Breslin, Rain, Braxton & Kale. THANKS guys :)

Tia Daf!

Yesterday Tia Daf & Jamie came over and made us dinner!! We had such a great time hanging out. Of course the kiddos (including Cuba) were glued to Daf's hip! Good food, good laughs, good times! Thanks for such an enjoyable evening :)

It seems we've been so busy getting into our new routine with two kiddos that we failed to snap some shots of little man at bathtime! Due to his extra dry skin he gets a bath every 3 days. He (unlike Kai at his age) really enjoy's the warm water! I can see him packing on the LB's right before my eyes. It's unbelievable how much he's grown in just over a month! His eyes are dark blue however, seem to lighten more and more as time goes on.

I'll be 5 weeks old on Tuesday! Look how much I've grown. At my 4 week check up we learned that I gained 26oz. in 20 days! I'm almost 10lb's & as happy as can be :)

400th post!

Hey there! We're happy to announce this is our 400th post! We started our blog back in 2007 while living in St. Charles, MO away from friends and family. We met a great couple down the street (Emmy & Ty) and they introduced us to 'blogging'. We're addicted - thanks guys for helping us keep everyone in the loop of our lives :)

Date Night!

This past weekend Gigi Lynne drove down to stay the night with Kai & Kohl while Mommy & Daddy went to a friends wedding! We don't have any pictures from the wedding because our camera was acting up however, here we are all dressed up and ready to leave. Funny story - we were spending the night away for the first time in a long time and about 4:30AM the fire alarm goes off at the hotel! YES - we walked down 7 flights of stairs 1/2 asleep and piled into the parking lot along with everyone else (even bumped into the bride and groom). About 5:00 we were told it was a false alarm and we could go back up. Well - it ended up being a alarm malfunction they couldn't turn off. We were HOME by 6am - hah! What a good nights sleep :)

Nemo Kai!

Daddy & Kai practice swimming in the pool quite a bit. Well, it's paying off because our little Nemo (I mean Kailey) is swimming like a fish now. Yesterday (caught on video) was the first time she's ever swam across the pool 'without' holding onto Daddy's thumbs. YEAH baby!!

Jammie Gym Night!

Tonight Mommy & I had a special night out together! We went to Gymboree for Jammie Gym Night! Everyone wore their PJ's, we had snacks (goldfish, animal crackers and pretzels) and had open gym (no classes, just play time). Mamaw Dorthy stayed home with Kohlston while Daddy went to dinner with friends!
